Most digital work is either beautifully strategised and badly built, or beautifully built and thought through by nobody. We started Vacaloca Labs to make the third kind—two founders, one bar for the work, no agency layer between you and the people doing it.

Royal College of Art alumna (MA in Service Design). Built the design team at Jaguar Land Rover's accelerator InMotion Ventures, then scaled Flying Bisons' delivery team from 30 to over 100 designers, developers and product specialists — leading work for clients including Natemat, Eobuwie's mobile app, and one of Saudi Arabia's largest government platforms. Today she's Managing Director at Touchideas, a strategy consultancy that frequently briefs us in. Multilingual, culturally fluent, allergic to vague briefs.

Piotrek

Operator. Engineer. Co-founder.

17 years inside Europe's payments and banking industry — most recently leading P&L for a major remittance business across the Baltics. He's also the engineer who actually ships. From AML compliance at RBS Luxembourg through digital banking go-to-market at Western Union, he brings a Fortune 500 operator's read on what scales — backed up by the production code. MBA, Warwick Business School. Started coding at age 8 on an Amstrad CPC 6128 and never quite stopped.
